The site looked decent and my order went through without any issues. From the way everything was presented, I kind of assumed it was legit, but I couldn’t find much outside info or many clear reviews about the company. Nothing bad happened, so I’m not complaining, I just would’ve felt more comfortable if there were more details and feedback available.

The shirt looked nice, and the quality seemed fine, but it definitely ran a bit small on me. I could still make it work, but next time, I’d probably size up.

Payment went through without any real issues, but the checkout dragged a bit. Feels like online checkouts always take longer than they should, but overall it was okay

I’ve used monkstars.com for a little while, and it’s fine for the most part, but it can feel clunky. Some pages load fast, then others randomly take forever, so it’s not very consistent. The navigation also isn’t the easiest — I had to click around a bunch just to find what I was looking for. I also got inconsistent answers in a few places, which was frustrating because it made me feel like I couldn’t fully trust what I was seeing. It’s not a terrible site, but it definitely could be smoother and more straightforward.

I was disappointed honestly. My order just never showed up, and the tracking info hardly updated the whole time so I had no idea what was going on.

The packaging was just okay. The box arrived with a dent, which feels like the kind of luck I always have with deliveries. Thankfully, the items inside were fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I do wish it had been handled a little better

I bought this from Monkstars it seemed fine at first. It looked decent when it arrived, so I didn’t think much of it, but after a few months the fabric started getting thin and the stitching began coming loose.

I wasn’t even wearing it constantly, just normal use and regular washing, so my reaction was basically, why is this so complicated when it should just hold up? For the price, I expected better quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I contacted monkstars.com because I wasn’t sure what was going on with my order status. After I paid, I started feeling a bit uneasy since I didn’t hear back right away, and the first reply took about 2 days.

They did eventually answer my question, and the person who replied was polite enough. I just didn’t love having to wait and keep checking myself, especially after already sending the payment.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the slow support made me a little distrustful for a while. Customer service could definitely be faster, so 3 stars feels fair to me.

It just looks a little too familiar for my taste. Like, I get that not everything has to be wildly original, but come on, this feels like something I’ve already seen a bunch of times. It’s not bad, it’s just not very unique, and that kind of takes the excitement out of it.

I ordered from Monkstars and it showed up way faster than I expected. They sent the tracking quickly too, so I wasn’t left wondering where my order was. No hassle, no delays, everything turned up fine. If that ever changes I’d probably look elsewhere, but based on this order I’d definitely use them again

The return itself was okay, no real issues there... but the refund did take longer than I expected. I did get my money back in the end, so it worked out, just had to wait a bit...

I ordered this from monkstars.com the first impression wasn’t great. As soon as I put it on, the material felt rough and kind of scratchy against my skin, not soft or comfortable like I was expecting. I wore it once and already knew I didn’t want to wear it again. Disappointing overall.
